Does anyone know when these Kingdom songs were recorded, and the others who sang w/Bro. Franz? Your memory of the song, “Holy, Holy” is beautiful, Sandra C….it is those early memories of family and Jehovah that tugs at the heartstrings. Thankyou for sharing it, dear sister. :)

Hi! No, those aren’t the ones.. I was looking for the instrumental versions that they use while we sing at the Assemblies and Conventions. They aren’t available anywhere.. except for maybe if somebody has recorded them from the FM broadcasts at Conventions, so the singing can’t be heard.

Are you talking about the orchestra version for the new songs only?

Yes, or old songs.. but not the ones on the Kingdom Melodies CDs.. If you listen to the songs from the Circuit Assembly, which are above, you’ll see what I mean.

Thank you so much for these good old oldies, JWN — (sob) I am writing this with a feather dipped in tear-drenched ink. — These recordings brings back so many memories of my childhood, in my grandmother’s parlour listening to the old records on her gramaphone. And the song “Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty” is so precious to me (if only you could see the tears on my cheeks). How I loved to sing that song as a child! I still love it! I will continue to play it often, I’m sure. Again, thank you, Brother!
